Kind and Caring
Hello there! I'm Rebekah, a therapist in my mid-thirties who finds deep fulfillment in helping others navigate life's challenges. I cherish my roles as a devoted wife and mom, which constantly teach me about love, patience, and the beauty of everyday moments. I also cherish this sacred space where I work as a therapist.
I approach life with kindness and care. Whether it's exploring a new hiking trail or trying out a new recipe, I thrive on embracing the unknown and expanding my horizons- a little adventure does the heart good.
In my downtime, you'll often find me with a good cup of coffee, savoring the quiet moments while enjoying music that speaks to my soul or listening to a book. I believe in the power of laughter to brighten any day and the catharsis of shedding a few (or many) tears when life moves me.
Life, to me, is a journey of growth and connection, where each laugh and each tear adds another layer to the richness of experience. I look forward to authentically connecting with you and working with you toward your goals.
At this time, I am working with couple's and individuals who are:
-Brave enough to face themselves with curiosity, honesty, and love.
-Ready to do their own work, both in and outside of sessions.
-Willing to risk growth as they experience safety.
-Wanting to live with increased congruence, courage, and love in all settings.
Though I have very limited availability for weekly sessions, I do also provide intensive options for couples and individuals. If you are interested in an intensive, please, let me know in your inquiry. Also, please note, the intensives are not covered by insurance.
